Results!

We received the results from our second trimester screening about a week ago! They came so fast I forgot to update the blog! lol

We got very good news! The results were all in normal ranges and everything looks great!

Its a GIRL!!!

I am for sure overjoyed that its a girl! Michael was still hoping for a boy but is adjusting to the thought of bringing home a little girl! We are both very excited! The baby looked great and we should get the final results of the test in about 2 weeks! But the doctor felt by the ultrasound everything looked great and normal! It was wonderful having our family and my best friend being there with us to share in the great news! Thanks for all the prayers!

Today is the Day!

So today is the day that we hope to find out A.) what we are having! and B.) How the baby is doing!
We are Overjoyed today at the hopes in finding out what this little one is! It feels like its been an eternity to get here but at the same time just yesterday when we found out we were expecting! Please be praying for us today as we go down this journey together! and of course with our family and my best friend beside us! Will post pics and news as soon as we find out!

Baby Kicked!

So today I started feeling some popcorn like feelings with the baby! And the best part is Michael laid his head on my stomach and the baby kicked him in the ear! So cute! Im really glad he got to feel that..he seems very excited! : )

I WON!

So I entered a contest at 405moms.com to win $100 gift certificate to the upcoming JBF Consignment sale at the OKC fairgrounds this next week....and....I WON! They only picked one person out of about 250 entries! I was overjoyed when I found out! We could really use the money to help us get things for the baby. Now I can't wait to get to spend it! We go to our ultrasound on Wednesday and as I have mentioned before my parents and Michael's mom get to go with us, BUT now my Best friend, Becca gets to go too! Im getting super excited! As soon as we are done we are going to the JBF sale to spend my $100! Its going to be the best day EVER!

Getting Excited!

Very excited that My parents and Michael's mom will be able to be at our upcoming ultrasound on March 23rd! I really wanted them there so they could be with us when we find out what we are having! I'm getting super anxious! We think we have a girl's name picked out, Paisley Marie but we have yet to agree on a boy's name! LOL Of course it may all change who knows! We are waiting to pin down names until we know for sure what we are having!

I think I felt the baby move today for the first time! I was editing at the computer and felt some fluttering feeling in my stomach for a few seconds and it made me stop so I could see if I could feel it again, but it only did it that once for a few seconds! : ) Can't wait till I know for sure its the Baby!

I go back to the doctor for my next checkup on March 10th!

14 week check up

Went to the doc yesterday for my 14 week check up and everything is going great! Heartbeat was a strong 160 and you could hear the baby kicking on the Fetal Doppler! Pretty neat!
My husband informed me that I have officially started looking pregnant! LOL at least a little! My back is starting to be sore but other than that everything is going really well!
